ANGIE MCCALLUM – CHAIR
Schoolteacher and Trainer, also with management and financial experience within County Treasury, Education and Private Sector. Move to Third Sector at senior level with resultant experience in budget and staff management along with volunteer engagement and training. Fundraising, communication, managing assets and partnership experience.
RHONA GOURLEY – VICE CHAIR
Retired Principal Teacher of music, Music Co-ordinator for NAC Education and worked closely with the National Youth Choir of Scotland. Currently Music Director of St. Columba's Parish Church and Choir Leader of Millport's Community Choir. Rhona’s skills encompass partnership working, management, planning and community engagement.

JOHN MCNEILLY - TREASURER
John was Deputy Editor with the Scotsman and Scottish Editor of the Sunday Times. In London, Fleet Street, he was Night News Editor for the Financial Times. He has extensive staff and budget management skills along with publicity and marketing.
SUSAN HUNTER
Since establishing her own management consultancy company in 1991, Susan has run projects for large organisations (UK Government, Shell, British Telecom, KPN/Qwest, T-Mobile, Nike EMEA), hotels in Thailand & Hong Kong and Health Care Services (IMS Health and UK’s National Health Service). Susan has thrived on working with different cultures particularly in the Middle East, Far East, America and across Europe. Highly adept at communicating intuitively with both corporate and private clients, Susan has developed successful relationships resulting in strong lifelong ties. Since moving to Millport in 2002 (in between spending some time in Spain), this is her spiritual home and she is passionate to support Millport’s community through her involvement with local groups and businesses

Head of Research and Practice for a major charity Dr Paul Hart brings a wealth of experience and advice to the project.
LINDA ORR
With a degree in Economics with Marketing, Linda has worked in retail management, customer service and sales within multi-nationals before moving into learning and development, setting up her own training company in 1995. Through her consultancy she has worked with a number of organisations, training and developing staff, and also working with awarding bodies carrying out quality assurance throughout the UK and Ireland being fortunate, through this, to also work in the Middle East, India and Malta. Having moved to Millport in 2004 she has now, as a result of COVID, found herself working from home, being able to appreciate the advantages of doing so in such a beautiful setting as Millport.
FERGUS TAYLOR
An experienced Project Manager in the construction and development sectors. A strategic specialist providing expert procurement advice ensuring project efficiencies on all types of buildings.Fergus has operated at senior, associate and director level for several high-profile project management businesses in the UK.
IAN GALL
An experienced Heating Engineer, Ian has also served as Chair and Vice Chair on two community committees. He has also held the post of Treasurer for a fundraising committee and joins the Board with a wealth of community experience.
TOM MITCHELL
An Electronic Design Director and Engineer holding an executive-level director position in a high-tech engineering company.
Has served as a Board Member and Trustee of two charities over the last 11 years. One targets the area of autism special needs education for Parents and carers. The other supports parents with challenging circumstances (e.g. medical, single parent, financial etc.) Was a Trustee here for 10 years, of which more than 8 of those were as Treasurer.

Judith who is well known to many islanders brings with her a wealth of experience in Hospitality, Tourism and Events alongside tutor, mentoring and community skills gained both in the UK and abroad.

Degree in Engineering. Owned main Island Bike hire and Toy shop for 26 years. Chairman of the local tourist association, finance convener of the golf club, badminton club president, and badminton and windsurfing coach to youth groups. Experience in asset, staff and budget management. Communication and marketing.
RENA MCINTYRE
Has developed a wide range of people skills in her role as a Manager of highly motivated performance focused teams. Developing strong relationships is the foundation of everything Rena does, both professionally and personally. She has merchandising, target and profit and loss experience along with HR procedures. Passionate about community involvement and performs an active role in Cumbrae Community Development Company.
