FAIR WORK STATEMENT 2024

Millport Town Hall is committed to working towards the Fair Work First principles as set out in the Fair Work First Guidance.

Once the regenerated building opens any staff that become employed will be paid at least the Real Living Wage, as will any apprentices,16-17-year-old workers as well as contracted and agency staff.

There will be ongoing development of effective channels of communication for workers.
